We now have 58 precincts reporting as of a few minutes ago.
For starters, here's an update on the county row offices, which will appear to stay in the Republican camp if the results hold up:
Treasurer: Ann Duke (Rep.) 8,967; Kipp Stone (Dem.) 5,646
Comptroller: Val DiGiorgio (Rep.) 8,969; Jim Reilly (Dem.) 5,940
Clerk of Courts: Frank McElwaine (Rep.) 9,164; Mike McGann (Dem.) 5,666
Coroner: Steven Dickter (Rep.) 9,188; Megan Lynott (Dem.) 5,665
Meanwhile, President Judge Paula Francisco Ott is now among the top four candidates in her bid to become one of four Superior Court judges.
The current Superior Court results with 75 percent of precincts reporting:
- Judy Olson (Rep) – 582,726/14.6 percent
- Sallie Mundy (Rep) – 529,652/13.3 percent
- Paula Francisco Ott (Rep) – 485,913/12.2 percent
- Anne Lazarus (Dem) – 478,745/12.0 percent
- Robert Colville (Dem) – 475,560/11.9 percent
- Kevin McCarthy (Dem) – 466,638/11.7 percent
- Teresa Sarmina (Dem) – 456,666/11.4 percent
- Temp Smith (Rep) – 435,027/10.0 percent
Judge Ott has now leaped into third place, thanks in no small part to her leading the candidates in the Chester County polling. Judge Ott has currently 16.9 percent of all votes cast in Chester County.
The updated results are coming in a lot more quickly than I was expecting; hopefully, when I get a chance to analyze the numbers, more updates will follow.
