Here is a more detailed vote count for the Chester County row offices:
Treasurer: Ann Duke (Rep.) 2,950; Kipp Stone (Dem.) 1,819

Again, only 20 out of 226 precincts have reported – none of them in West Chester Borough (which is traditionally one of the last areas to report results).
Meanwhile, President Judge Paula Francisco Ott is climbing up in the standings in her bid to become one of four Superior Court judges.
The current Superior Court results with 57 percent of precincts reporting:
- Judy Olson (Rep) – 455,763/14.4 percent
- Sallie Mundy (Rep) – 412,711/13.0 percent
- Anne Lazarus (Dem) – 388,708/12.3 percent
- Robert Colville (Dem) – 385,591/12.2 percent
- Kevin McCarthy (Dem) – 378,423/11.9 percent
- Paula Francisco Ott (Rep) – 376,685/11.9 percent
- Teresa Sarmina (Dem) – 371,131/11.7 percent
- Temp Smith (Rep) – 335,664/10.6 percent
Judge Ott's gap between her current position and the 4th place Colville has narrowed to less than 10,000 votes, with only a handful of precincts reporting in Chester County. Another update will follow shortly as more precincts have now reported, including 3 of 8 in West Chester.

COMMON PLEAS COURT "SIGNING JUDGES"
The "signing" judge for the week has many purposes in Chester County:
Serve as the on-call judge available to sign warrants that fall under the jurisdiction of the Common Pleas Court (ie. wiretap warrants)
Hear all Protection From Abuse (PFA) orders - Mondays
Preside over the admission and removal hearings for the ARD program - Tuesdays
Preside over "72-hour" bench warrant hearings - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Preside over appeals to PennDOT regarding driver license suspensions - Thursdays
Preside over video Gagnon I hearings - Fridays
Over the course of the signing judge's week, typically referred to as the Miscellaneous List (Misc.
